Free and open health workforce information software
iHRIS is a free and open-source software suite composed by three systems:
- iHRIS Manage (Human Resources Management Software)
- iHRIS Qualify (Health Workforce Licensing Software)
- iHRIS Plan (Workforce Planning Software)
iHRIS Manage allows a health organization to register data concerning health workers throughout their employment, in terms of positions, salary, training, etc. It also tracks information on recruitment processes and respective applicants.
iHRIS Qualify supports an organization responsible for health workers certification to manage this process, tracking health workers from pre-service training to registration and final certification.
iHRIS Plan analyzes data collected in health information systems (including iHRIS Manage and iHRIS Qualify), to support health organizations or governments in health workforce planning and policy making.
