The Health System Support Programme - PASS Sud Kivu - is a programme financed by the Swiss Development and Cooperation Agency that supports the national efforts of decentralisation in the health sector, and the structures of the health system in the South Kivu province, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The intervention zones are the health zones of Uvira and Ruzizi, which have recently been declared by the government as development zones.
