  • Feb 2006 – present: Project Associate Swiss Centre for International Health®, Swiss Tropical Institute, Switzerland. Key areas of work/ main responsibilities: Position of Local funding agent for Global Fund Project in Niger, Pharmaceutical consultancy for the establishment of a RDF in Tajikistan
  • 2005-2006: Interim Head of Mission and Consultant Pharmaciens Sans Frontières Comité International (PSFCI). Key areas of work/ main responsibilities: Project management, creation and establishment of a national medicine procurement centre in the republic of Tajikistan, medical coordination of the PSFCI activities (establishment of national standard treatment guidelines, various training), Coordination with relevant authorities.
  • 2004-2005: Team leader Asian Development Bank (ADB). Key areas of work/ main responsibilities: Project management and implementation, development in a participative way of the strategy and guidelines for implementation of a national medicine procurement centre, capacity development of Ministry of Health staff on pharmaceutical issue, establishment of inter-ministerial working group, Coordination between government and international agencies
  • 2003: Interim project manager Swiss Centre of International Health®, Swiss Tropical Institute, Project Sino. Key areas of work/ main responsibilities:: Project establishment (administration, finance, staff recruitment, project implementation: improvement of access to quality primary health care, tuberculosis control using DOTS strategy, strengthening health care reform.
  • 2000-2002: Head of mission PSFCI Tajikistan Pharmaciens Sans Frontières Comité International (PSFCI). Key areas of work/ main responsibilities: project management and programs expansion for Central Asia, coordination of medicines procurement for medical NGO’s (AAH, IFRC, Global Partner, Merlin, MSFH, ORA, UNFPA) and MOH, supervising of medical distribution, monitoring and medical training (Managing drug supply, rational drug use and hygiene) in 70 hospitals.
  • 1999-2000: Chief pharmacist for PSFCI Montenegro. Key areas of work/ main responsibilities: pharmaceutical supply coordination unit in MOH, establishment of humanitarian warehouse, drug procurement and medicine distribution to 65 institutions (pharmacies, hospitals, medical points), development and establishment of a stock management software, monitoring and training of national medical personnel.
