  • Heike Albrecht works as a Financial Expert in relation to the Swiss Tropical Institute’s mandate as Local Fund Agent in Spanish-speaking countries on behalf of the Global Fund to Fight HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM); including project planning and monitoring, budgeting, financial systems and reporting.

  • 2005 – 2008: Consultant, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Frankfurt/Main, Germany Key areas of work/main responsibilities: Compliance audit, risk management, external project reviews focusing on impact and performance of German development projects in funded by the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by KfW Entwicklungsbank (KfW) and Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ).
