  • Context: Research project commissioned by the World Health Organization to examine the feasibility of oral cholera vaccination as a public health tool in addition to existing control strategies in Zanzibar, United Republic of Tanzania
  • Objectives:
    • Assessing community views of cholera and determinants of vaccine acceptance before and after a mass vaccination campaign
    • Assessing the cost-effectiveness of oral cholera vaccination in cholera-endemic areas on top of existing prevention and treatment measures
