Professional Activities

  • Coordinate Egyptian-Swiss project managements and project related activities
  • Assist Swiss Project Management team:
    • Information processing and editing according to request
    • Quality Assurance of internal administrative processes (reporting deadlines, clear assignments of responsibilities, controlling of financial reporting, etc.
    • Provision of logistics support if requested (booking of hotels, flights tickets, etc.
    • Organization and maintenance of workplace for Swiss Centre for International Health (SCIH) management teams and Swiss consultants.
    • Translate documents (English and Arabic)
  • Assure the efficient administration of the Project implementation Assistance Office (PIAO)
  • Assure appropriate internal communication, team spirit and team work with the Project Coordinators and Egyptian management, as well as with the collaborators of the SCIH and the Swiss Embassy
  • Assure good professional external relations with the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population, the different hospitals and institutions participating in the project, and the suppliers of equipment and their representatives
  • Bookkeeping and accounting, preparation of the financial reports for the finances of the project and the Project Implementation Assistant Office according to SECO and STI standards
  • Control of the budget and participation in the financial planning of the project
  • Ensure that all project and consultancy contracts comply with the project standard financing policy and with minimum quality requirements of STI/SCIH
  • Preparation of project monthly financial reporting. Assure the minimal standard requirements of receipts and invoices
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual audit for the SCIH, Basel (if required.)

  • Diploma of Management Skills
  • Diploma of Health Total Quality Management
  • Course on Selling Skills for the Promotion Field
  • Course in the Soft Skills and Communications

    • 2007-present: Swiss TPH, Swiss Centre for International Health: Officer Manager, Egypt-Swiss Radiology Project
    • 2006-2007: AITS, Medical Transcriptor (MT) in Allied Information Technology System (part time)
    • 2005-2007: Egypt-Swiss Radiology project as a logistics coordinator and account controlling and book keeping assistant (part time)
    • 2005: General Directorate of the Egyptian Central Labs., MohP
    • 2004-2005: MEPACO, Arab company for medicinal and pharmaceutical plants
