Our Swiss TPH work environment is utterly heterogeneous and dynamic. Human Resources professionally and efficiently supports the various requirements of the departments as well as the collaborators with their great diversity of personal conditions and contractual requirements. Our work is aligned with the legal framework as well as the ethical values and the strategic goals of our institution.
Human Resources is engaged in recruitment, retention, development and separation of/from employees and processes the entire personnel and salary administration including social insurances and pension.
Shared Services is the center of competence for all administrative needs and questions concerning salaries. Shared Services is dealing with an utterly complex and technically challenging range of duty within Human Resources.
The Business Partners are the contact persons for all non-administrative matters. They support managers with recruitments and in difficult leadership situations and they work on the implementation, execution and permanent development of HR processes such as Talent Development, Employee Retention and Employer Branding.
Our Main Secretariat is responsible to answer the phone and welcome visitors. It coordinates all postal items and incoming and outgoing goods. Furthermore, the Main Secretariat hosts office supplies for Swiss TPH staff, prepares keys and badges and stores found objects.
