KfW NTDs - Fight against Neglected Tropical Diseases in the CEMAC region

In 2017, an innovative project was launched to support neglected tropical disease (NTD) control and capacity building in five Central African countries. Under the project, interventions targeting NTDs will be sponsored as well as around 20 PhDs of regional students, all focusing their research on NTDs. Funding for this 4-year project is provided by Germany. Swiss TPH acts as regional consultant to assist OCEAC in the implementation of the project.
