Human Resources is engaged in recruitment, retention, development and separation of/from employees and processes the entire personnel and salary administration including social insurances and pension.
Shared Services is the center of competence for all administrative needs and questions concerning salaries. Shared Services is dealing with an utterly complex and technically challenging range of duty within Human Resources.
The Business Partners are the contact persons for all non-administrative matters. They support managers with recruitment and in difficult leadership situations and they work on the implementation, execution and permanent development of HR processes such as Talent Development, Employee Retention and Employer Branding.
