Symposium Registration

I would like to register for the Swiss TPH Spring Symposium 2012 eHealth in Proof and Practice: Opportunities and Challenges in International Health taking place on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 in Basel, Switzerland. Participation is free of charge (including lunch for registered participants).

I understand that participants are responsible for their own transportation and accommodations. No visa, logistic or financial support will be available. The number of participants is limited.
