The Systems Performance and Monitoring Unit acts as Local Fund Agent on behalf of the Global Fund to Fight HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (Global Fund) in 19 countries and one regional project:
- 3 in East Asia & Pacific: Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar
- 8 in Middle East & North Africa: Chad, Djibouti, Gambia, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Syria, West Bank & Gaza
- 4 in West & Central Africa: Burkina Faso, Benin, Equatorial Guinea, São Tome and Principe
- 4 in Latin America & Caribbean: Bolivia, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatamala
