Swiss TPH

Telemedicine and Health Information Systems are increasingly integrated in our projects as a means to strengthen health systems.

The Swiss TPH is a major player in shaping the modern vision of health systems through its work with international partners and the World Health Organization (WHO). A highlight is our collaboration with the WHO Health Metrics Network.

In the field of postgraduate teaching and training and continuous education, the Swiss TPH offers several short courses for health experts from Europe and low income countries. In this context, the in-house development of eLearning material and its integration into its own courses allows us to generate vast experience - an asset that has been made widely available for external projects.

Information and Communication Technology is also an important component in research projects at the Institute with a special focus on biostatistics and epidemiology.
