Consultancy and project implementation

Swiss TPH provides consultancy, project design, implementation and grant management in national, public and global health. Our multidisciplinary teams combine technical expertise with decades of experience to deliver evidence-based, context-specific solutions in Switzerland and worldwide.

We support partners in strengthening health systems and improving access to quality health services, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. Our expertise includes Primary Health Care (PHC), health workforce development, health financing, health information systems, programme monitoring, supply chain management, digitalisation, policy advice and implementation research.

Working closely with governments, donors, development banks, philanthropic organisations and in-country partners, we develop tailored solutions that strengthen local capacity and contribute to sustainable improvements in population health, with a strong focus on gender, equity and inclusion.

Project and grant management

Co-creating, implementing and managing complex health programmes with local and international partners to strengthen capacity and achieve sustainable results.

Policy and strategic advice

Providing evidence-based policy and strategic advice to strengthen health systems, improve governance and expand equitable access to health services.
