Strengthening the Community of Practice for Clinical Decision Support Systems

The primary aim of this collaboration is to investigate and document the scope and characteristics of clinical decision-support systems (CDSS) developed and implemented within low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Additionally, the study seeks to understand trends in intervention longevity and identify facilitating facilitators that influence the ability to scale and sustain these systems.

Overall objectives of the Project

-        To analyze the characteristics of the clinical decision-support system (CDSS) landscape, including the scale and longevity of CDSS interventions.

-        To study underlying reasons for the continuation or discontinuation of CDSS implementations, identify any patterns and determine the barriers and facilitators that influence the scalability and sustainability of clinical decision-support systems.
