Human Resources provides professional and efficient support to the various needs of the departments as well as to the employees with their different personal conditions and contractual requirements. Our work is in line with the legal framework as well as the ethical values and the strategic goals of our institution.
Human Resources is responsible for the recruitment, retention, development and separation of employees, as well as all personnel and payroll administration, including social insurances and pensions.
Shared Services is the center of competence for all administrative and payroll matters, dealing with an highly complex and technically demanding area within Human Resources.
The Business Partners are the point of contact for all non-administrative matters. They support managers with recruitment and difficult leadership situations and work on the implementation, execution and ongoing development of HR processes such as talent development, retention and employer branding.
