From Knowledge to Impact: Transformational Learning in Global Health

As global health challenges become increasingly complex, education must evolve to prepare the next generation of health leaders with the skills, perspectives and adaptability needed to create sustainable change.

The symposium on 9 September will provide a platform to exchange ideas, share experiences and explore practical approaches to transformational learning in global health. The programme features keynote talks and interactive learning labs on innovative teaching methods, including artificial intelligence and experiential learning, as well as international collaboration in education.

The event also celebrates the 30th anniversary of the tropEd network, a global network of institutions offering postgraduate education in international and global health. Marking three decades of collaboration, the symposium will reflect on how the network has helped shape international standards in global health education and discuss how it can continue to foster a vibrant global learning community in the years ahead.

Bringing together facilitators, educators, researchers, health professionals, students and alumni from around the world, the symposium offers an opportunity to connect with peers, gain fresh inspiration and build new collaborations to impact the future of global health education.
