Profile
Clara Champagne is an infectious disease modeller with a background in applied mathematics, statistics and public health.
She works in the Analytics and Intervention Modelling group to provide modelling support for decision making on malaria interventions.
Her recent work includes vector control modelling of next-generation insecticidal nets, climate-informed models for intervention impact quantification, P. vivax modelling with applications in Central America, and metapopulation models for intervention prioritisation. She has also developed optimisation models for community health workers geographical placement and actively contributes to modelling work supporting national malaria control programmes.
