Interkulturelle Kompetenz
Interkulturelle Kompetenzen stärken und Vielfalt im Arbeitsalltag nutzen

Overview
Our interconnected world is characterised by cultural and social diversity. While this diversity creates valuable opportunities, it also introduces new challenges to everyday working life, particularly for healthcare professionals. Whether you are a nurse, doctor or therapist, being able to confidently deal with cultural diversity will enable you to collaborate more effectively with colleagues, patients and their families, and achieve greater success.
The two-day course on intercultural competence is designed for healthcare professionals – but also welcomes professionals working with multicultural clientele in international organisations or multidisciplinary teams. The course focuses on practical exercises and the sharing of successful experiences, from which all participants benefit.
Through practical, participant-centred learning, you will explore the fundamentals of intercultural competence and develop the skills needed for creative and effective communication and cooperation across cultural boundaries.
